Good-bye papasan swing! While this swing has been a life saver for Avigail's naps, she is getting too big for the chair. She tries to sit forward in hit which makes us nervous that she'll fall right out (even though she's buckled in). And she reaches up and grabs one of the animals on the mobile to stop is from turning around and playing the quiet lullaby. Actually, it's pretty funny as the mobile makes a loud clicking noise when she stops it. The noise doesn't seem to bug her. I think she's just proud of herself for stopping it. Either that, or she knows it's a great way to get our attention. So, the big question is, where will she sleep now? The answer...Tank and Dakota's dog bed.
Deacon never really cared for the swing, so he would take naps on the couch. But, now that they're both rolling over on a consistent basis, that no longer works. I know what you're thinking...why don't they just nap in their cribs? The only answer I have to offer is...look how cute they are in their new beds!
